Basketball Recap: Elder Takes a Loss

Elder and Fairfield squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Elder had to settle for second. The match between the Elder Panthers and the Fairfield Indians didn't end well, with the Elder Panthers falling 55-36. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 61-54.

Elder's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Fairfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Elder nor Fairfield have any future games scheduled.
