There's no place like home for McAlester, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Sequoyah Indians on Saturday. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

McAlester's win bumped their record up to 7-23. As for Sequoyah, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, McAlester will take on Muskogee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sequoyah, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Pryor on the 6th.
