Volleyball Recap: Dimond Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Dimond and Chugiak squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Dimond had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. The Lynx were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Anayah Sila paced Dimond's offense, picking up 11 kills. Sila got some help from Puao Asailevai and her 19 assists. Asailevai was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Dimond's loss dropped their record down to 30-12-1. As for Chugiak, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-13-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Dimond nor Chugiak have any future games scheduled.
