Volleyball Recap: Canton Takes a Loss

Canton was the 3-0 winner over West Central when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The C-Hawks came up short against the Trojans on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The C-Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Canton ultimately came up short, they really made West Central work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 26-24, 25-22.

Canton's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for West Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Canton will be playing in front of their home fans against Sioux Falls Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Central, they are taking a road trip to take on Parker/Marion at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
