Hamilton-Wenham Regional is 8-2 against Triton Regional since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Generals will welcome the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. Hamilton-Wenham Regional's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so Triton Regional's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Saturday, Hamilton-Wenham Regional didn't have quite enough to beat Georgetown and fell 5-4. That's two games in a row now that the Generals have lost by just one run.

Meanwhile, Triton Regional lost 15-6 to North Reading on Saturday. The Vikings have struggled against the Hornets recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

This is the second loss in a row for Hamilton-Wenham Regional and nudges their season record down to 11-3. Even worse, they were so close both times: the losses came by an average of only one runs. As for Triton Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
