Basketball Recap: Gray-New Gloucester Takes a Loss

Gray-New Gloucester was the 76-48 winner over Marshwood when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Gray-New Gloucester Patriots were just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 56-55 to the Marshwood Hawks. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gray-New Gloucester's record is now 1-5. As for Marshwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Gray-New Gloucester will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Edward Little at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marshwood, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Biddeford at 2:30 p.m. on December 30th.
