Covington came tearing into Monday's match with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Graham Local Falcons 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Covington took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-6, 25-11.

Dakohta Kenworthy paced Covington's offense, picking up eight kills. Kenworthy got some help from Addison Ventura and her 16 assists. Ventura was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Covington's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Graham Local, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Covington has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Miami East on the 16th. Graham Local has also already played their next game (against Indian Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
