Heritage won the last time they faced Ridgeland and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Generals came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Heritage easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-11.

Reece Oliver paced Heritage's offense, picking up six kills. Oliver got some help from Madison Sertel and her 21 assists.

Heritage is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-17 record this season. As for Ridgeland, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-24.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage will host Sonoraville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridgeland, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Chattooga at 6:00 p.m.
