Soccer Recap: Wayne Christian Comes Up Short

Wayne Christian managed to keep up with Harrells Christian Academy until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Eagles came up short against the Crusaders, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Wayne Christian have lost by exactly three goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Wayne Christian and nudges their season record down to 5-13. As for Harrells Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record this season.

Wayne Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harrells Christian Academy, they will square off against Liberty Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Harrells Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
