Volleyball Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Valle Catholic Warriors. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-20, 25-12.

Despite the loss, Valley still got an impressive performance from Isabella Boyer, who had 16 digs and one assist.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-1. As for Valle Catholic, they pushed their record up to 18-3-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Valley has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against West County on the 9th. As for Valle Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Kingston on the 9th.
