Volleyball Recap: Olympia Takes Down Dr. Phillips in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Olympia had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Dr. Phillips Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Eliza Perdue was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 16 digs and three assists. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times she's played.

Olympia was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.

Olympia is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Dr. Phillips, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.

Olympia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Lake Nona on the 16th. Dr. Phillips does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
