Volleyball Recap: Mesa Ridge Takes a Loss

Mesa Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Lutheran Lions.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-18.

Mesa Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Mesa Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Canon City on the 12th. As for Lutheran, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Sand Creek on the 11th.
