Basketball Recap: Rock Creek Comes Up Short

Rock Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 61-35 to the Caddo Bruins. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 363rd, while the Bruins are ranked 20th).

Rock Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Caddo, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Rock Creek will take on Wilson at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Caddo, they will square off against Colbert at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Caddo has won 12 straight at home dating back to last season, while Colbert won six straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
