Hyndman Charter School is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Hancock on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Hyndman Charter School was outmatched by Hancock and fell 63-28. The Hornets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-12.

Meanwhile, Blacklick Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Glendale.

Hyndman Charter School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Blacklick Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Hyndman Charter School took a serious blow against Blacklick Valley in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 73-40.
