Baseball Recap: Pine Lake Prep Victorious

The Pine Lake Prep Pride earned a 5-1 victory over the West Davidson Dragons on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pride.

Zane Childers tossed a big game, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.

At the plate, Aiden Kaliszewski was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Pine Lake Prep is undefeated when Kaliszewski posts two or more runs, but 7-11 otherwise. Tyler Stanionis was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Pine Lake Prep's record is now 15-11. As for West Davidson, with the loss, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-9.

As of now, neither Pine Lake Prep nor the Dragons have any future games scheduled.
