Ireland Wright Game Report: @ Innovation

Passers beware: Ireland Wright came down with her first-ever interception on Thursday and she's no doubt on the hunt for more. She defended one pass and snagged two interceptions which she returned for a touchdown, helping propel St. Cloud past Innovation by a score of 26-0. We certainly expect to see more performances from Wright considering she's already seeing the field as a freshman.

Wright and St. Cloud will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Osceola at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th. The Bulldogs have been dominating at home and they will enter the contest having won seven straight home games dating back to last season. Will Wright and Co. be able to keep the streak alive?
