Soccer Recap: Cyprus Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Cyprus's offense. They lost 4-0 to the Granger Lancers on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Cyprus of the 1-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Cyprus' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Granger, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cyprus is set to square off against their familiar foe Taylorsville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Granger will face off against rival Kearns at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
