Volleyball Game Preview: Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders vs. East Dayton Christian

The Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders will challenge East Dayton Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Hillsboro Christian Academy and Ross County Christian Academy had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Crusaders came up short against the Eagles on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Crusaders have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-10.

Meanwhile, East Dayton Christian lost 3-0 to CHESS Christian on Tuesday.

While East Dayton Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 25-13.

East Dayton Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
