Basketball Recap: Post Comes Up Short

Post lost to New Deal on January 6th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Antelopes took a 43-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Antelopes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Post's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for New Deal, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Post will challenge Abernathy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Post will need to watch out since Abernathy has now posted at least 55 points in their last eight games. As for New Deal, they are taking a road trip to take on Tahoka at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
