Volleyball Recap: Marsh Valley Takes a Loss

Marsh Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Bear Lake Bears. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bears this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on October 2nd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-7, 25-0.

Among those leading the charge was Emmie Sharp, who had nine aces and five digs. Those nine aces gave her a new career-high.

Marsh Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Bear Lake, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 31-3.

Marsh Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bear Lake, they will host Snake River at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
