Frazee took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Thursday. They skirted past the Park Rapids Panthers 10-9. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Asher Blaine was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single hit and allowed only two earned runs while striking out 12 over 4.1 innings pitched. Blaine was also stellar in the batter's box, going 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024.
