Baseball Recap: Crescent City Takes a Loss

If Crescent City was feeling good fresh off their 21-0 takedown of Halifax Academy last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raiders came up short against the Lake Weir Hurricanes on Tuesday, falling 31-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hurricanes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in March.

Crescent City has already played their next match, a 13-12 win against Bronson on the 11th. As for Lake Weir, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-4 loss against Vanguard on the 10th.
