Basketball Recap: Lebanon Takes a Loss

Lebanon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 49-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Virginia High Bearcats. The Pioneers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bearcats from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Virginia High, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lebanon will host Tazewell at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Virginia High, they will be playing in front of their home fans against John Battle at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
