Softball Recap: San Luis Comes Up Short

After flying high against Kofa on Wednesday, San Luis came back down to earth. The Sidewinders came up short against the Kings on Thursday, falling 16-10. The Sidewinders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Kings earlier this season, when they won 12-1.

San Luis' defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for Kofa, they moved to 4-15 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

San Luis has already played their next contest, a 19-9 victory against Apollo on the 10th. As for Kofa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 20-13 win against Yuma on the 15th.
