A-6 Southwest (6 Man) Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances across Friday and Saturday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Kolter Cranson Dazzles in Branson/Kim Victory

Starting off the list is Branson/Kim's Kolter Cranson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Cranson rushed for 141 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 82 receiving yards and two touchdowns. His longest rush was for an impressive 66 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

La Veta's probably not too fond of Cranson given he always seems to get the better of them. When Cranson last faced the Redhawks back in October of 2023, he rushed for 314 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 18.5 yards per carry.

Brett Kendall Turns in Another Game with at Least 107 Rushing Yards

Brett Kendall's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fourth-straight game with 107+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He threw for 308 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 120 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also made six total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended a pass.

Unfortunately for Sierra Grande, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Kendall. When Kendall last faced the Panthers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 288 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 112 yards and two touchdowns.
