Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Mountain View couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Provo Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Bruins were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Provo found their leader in freshman Lexi Carter, who had 16 digs. Carter has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 22-9. As for Provo, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-12.

As of now, neither Mountain View nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
