The team also got some help courtesy of Tammeron Anderson, who rushed for 31 yards and one TD.
West Brook's run defense was locked in: Ball could only muster 3.5 yards per carry. The Bruins didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.8.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Barbers Hill). They blew past Ball 48-0 last Friday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won four matchups by 25 points or more so far this season.
Barbers Hill's win came from a few key players West Brook will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Tripp Davis, who picked up 112 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Another signal caller making a difference was Brady Barrier, who threw for 181 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes.
Barbers Hill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Chris Clark and Kolt Prater. Clark got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
The win made it two in a row for Barbers Hill and bumps their season record up to 6-3. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 points in those games. As for West Brook, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
