Football Game Preview: Muhlenberg County Mustangs vs. Graves County Eagles + Official Tickets

Muhlenberg County hasn't had much luck against Graves County recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Mustangs will challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Muhlenberg County has given up an average of 26.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Muhlenberg County's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Owensboro on Friday. They took a blow against the Red Devils, falling 54-0. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky football rankings (they are ranked 118th, while the Red Devils are ranked 16th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Graves County). They walked away with a 21-10 victory over Marshall County on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Muhlenberg County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Graves County, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-6.

Muhlenberg County was taken down by Graves County 49-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2024.
