Volleyball Recap: Plano East Comes Up Short

Plano East's tournament run continued when they took on Austin on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Maroons by a score of 2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Plano East sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 25-20.

Plano East's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Austin, their win bumped their record up to 17-1.

Plano East has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Princeton on the 26th. As for Austin, they will face off against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday.
