Basketball Game Recap: Forest Grove vs. Sherwood

If the Forest Grove Vikings were expecting to get some payback for the 57-32 defeat against the Sherwood Bowmen when they previously met last month, then they were left disappointed. This past Friday, Forest Grove lost to Sherwood at home by a decisive 76-57 margin.

The Vikings' overall record fell to 9-13. Sherwood's win brought them up to 15-7.

The Vikings will be hunkering down at home again for their matchup against Glencoe on Tuesday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game. Sherwood is on the road again on Tuesday and plays against Liberty. Sherwood won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
