Football Game Preview: Fountain Inn Fury vs. Wren Hurricanes + Official Tickets

Fountain Inn hasn't had much luck against Wren recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Fury will head out to square off against the Hurricanes at 7:30 p.m. Fountain Inn is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

On Friday, Fountain Inn didn't have too much trouble with Laurens as they won 26-7.

Sam Holliday had a dynamite game, throwing for 201 yards and two TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushing for 66 yards and one touchdown. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (154.3). A healthy portion of Holliday's aerial production (81 yards to be exact) went to BJ Curenton.

Meanwhile, in a tight game that could have gone either way, Wren made off with a 45-44 win over Emerald.

Fountain Inn's record now sits at 4-2. As for Wren, their record is now an identical 4-2.

Fountain Inn took a serious blow against Wren in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 49-12. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Fury were down 35-6.
