Volleyball Recap: Symmes Valley Comes Up Short

Symmes Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the South Point Pointers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 25-14.

Symmes Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for South Point, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Symmes Valley will face off against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Point, they will take on Rock Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
