Basketball Recap: North Platte Takes a Loss

North Platte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 51-50 heartbreaker at the hands of the Norfolk Panthers. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 52-49.

North Platte's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Norfolk, they moved to 1-5 with that victory, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

North Platte and Beatrice will round out the year against one another at at 3:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Norfolk, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lincoln Southeast at 2:30 p.m. on December 28th.
