Basketball Recap: Waterloo Tigers vs. World of Inquiry Griffins

Waterloo was the 65-56 winner over World of Inquiry when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Waterloo Tigers took a 62-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the World of Inquiry Griffins on Saturday.

World of Inquiry's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Curtis Bell, who posted 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kanaz Linder, who earned 18 points and eight rebounds.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 17-6. As for World of Inquiry, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3.
