Basketball Recap: Delasalle's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Wednesday

With a playoff win on the line, DeLaSalle rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Harding Knights by a score of 61-54. Given the Islanders' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Knights are ranked 135th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

DeLaSalle is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Harding and nudges their season record down to 16-12.

DeLaSalle has already played their next contest, an 80-66 loss against Byron on the 20th. Harding does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
