Recap: Fergus Golden Eagles vs. Lockwood LIONS
The Fergus Golden Eagles were the 69-41 winner over the Lockwood LIONS when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Fergus received a tough blow on Saturday as they fell 64-50 to Lockwood.
Several Golden Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kason Brown, who scored 13 points. Jordan Jensen was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Fergus' loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Lockwood, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Fergus will take on Butte Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lockwood will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Fergus at 7:30 p.m. on December 19th.
