Lake Washington and Juanita are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2022, but likely not for long. The Kangaroos will head out on the road to square off against the Ravens at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Lake Washington comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Lake Washington came up short against Issaquah on Wednesday, falling 9-3.

Malia Donohue made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run. That home run was her first of the season.

Meanwhile, Juanita lost 7-1 to Skyline on Wednesday. The Ravens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Juanita saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keeley Cohen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Juanita's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Lake Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.

Lake Washington couldn't quite get it done against Juanita in their previous meeting on April 4th as they fell 5-2. Can the Kangaroos avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
