Maron Freestone Game Report: vs Grand County

On Saturday Maron Freestone posted ten points and six rebounds, good enough to set a new career-high in boards in the process. That was a full 58.8% of Monticello's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. For the year, Freestone has averaged 10.8 points, 2.4 steals, and 3.4 boards.

Even though Freestone couldn't lead Monticello over Grand County, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Freestone will face off against Ainsleigh Kasprick, Grand County's star point guard. With so much talent on the court, fans are surely in for an exciting game.
