Basketball Recap: Allen East Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Allen East Mustangs were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 62-58 to the Elida Bulldogs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (56), the Mustangs still had to take the loss.

Allen East's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Elida, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Allen East will head out to square off against Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Elida, they will be home for the holidays to greet Kenton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Elida is facing Kenton at the right time seeing as Kenton is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
