Basketball Game Preview: Colebrook Academy Mohawks vs. Lisbon Panthers

Colebrook Academy is 10-0 against Lisbon since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Colebrook Academy Mohawks will look to defend their home court against the Lisbon Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Colebrook Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Littleton, who was ranked third at the time (Colebrook Academy was ranked 24th). Colebrook Academy took a blow against Littleton on Friday, falling 63-29. The defeat continues a trend for the Mohawks in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Lisbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 38-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of Profile. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly 13 points.

Colebrook Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Lisbon, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Everything came up roses for Colebrook Academy against Lisbon in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 61-9 win. Will Colebrook Academy repeat their success, or does Lisbon have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
