Volleyball Recap: Paw Paw Takes a Loss

Paw Paw lost against Pendleton County back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates came up short against the Wildcat, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Pirates have suffered against the Wildcat since October 27, 2016.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-15.

Paw Paw is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Pendleton County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Paw Paw has already played their next contest (against Hancock), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Pendleton County, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Tygarts Valley on the 18th.
