Central came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Westside Seminoles by a score of 2-0. The Chargers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Seminoles, too.

Central didn't let Westside take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23.

Central's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Westside, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will square off against Jasper County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Westside, they will challenge Peach County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
