Soccer Recap: Palisades Takes a Loss

Palisades fell victim to South Mecklenburg and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 9-0 to the Sabres. The defeat continues a trend for Palisades in their meetings with South Mecklenburg: they've now lost six in a row.

Palisades' loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for South Mecklenburg, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-4-1.

Looking ahead, Palisades will head out on the road to take on Olympic at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Palisades are facing Olympic at the right time seeing as Olympic are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for South Mecklenburg, they will host Providence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
