Volleyball Recap: Wareham Comes Up Short

Wareham suffered their biggest loss since November 9, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against the Carver Crusaders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-7, 25-10.

Wareham has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Carver, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Wareham has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Holbrook on the 17th. As for Carver, they will face off against Cohasset at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
