 There's no place like home for Allen East, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They won by a  run and slipped past the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans  9-8. With that  victory, Allen East brought their scoring average up to 6.2  runs per game.
  Aaliyah Young and  Lauren Wireman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Young   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Meanwhile,  Wireman   struck out nine batters over  five innings while giving up  four earned  (and three unearned) runs off   seven  hits. At bat,  Young  scored three  runs while going 3-for-4, while  Wireman  went 3-for-4 with a  stolen base and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Savana Brooks was  incredible,  firing off three  doubles, a  triple,  and two  RBI while going 4-for-4.  Aubrey Young was another key contributor,  going 1-for-4 with a  triple, two  RBI,  and a  run.
 Allen East's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
 Allen East will be playing in front of their home fans against Leipsic at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Allen East is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2  runs per game  this season. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, they will head out on the road to  take on  Shawnee at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
