Jordan Rechel Delivers Best Effort of Season

Fairview was led to victory by Jordan Rechel, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Rechel rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 119 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest reception was for an impressive 68 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total.

Fort Collins had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Rechel it was a similar story. Rechel picked up 153 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Lambkins duked it out back in October of 2023.

Fairview picked up their seventh consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Toray Davis. Davis did his part (and then some), making five total tackles for the 'W'. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 57 yards.

This year, Davis has averaged 3.1 total tackles per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one receiving touchdown. This year he is already up to seven.
