Volleyball Recap: Dover Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Dover had won two straight games and Jovie Meeker did her part to make it three on Wednesday. The Green Wave put the hurt on the Concord Crimson Tide with a sharp 3-0 win for which the team can thank Meeker, who had 15 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-16, 29-27.

Dover's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Concord, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

Dover has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Nashua North on the 17th. As for Concord, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Spaulding on the 16th.
