Castle had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Evansville Reitz Panthers on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on 14 straight.

Gabby Korba paced Castle's offense, picking up 13 kills. Korba got some help from Alexus Shepherd and her 31 assists. Jaycee Springer controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Castle's win bumped their record up to 29-3. As for Evansville Reitz, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-16 record this season.

Castle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Evansville North on the 18th. Evansville Reitz does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
