Calistoga is 6-1 against Technology since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wildcats will challenge the Titans at 4:00 p.m. One thing working in Calistoga's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups.

Calistoga made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Credo, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats blew past the Gryphon 24-14 on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Technology lost 25-3 to Laytonville on Friday.

Technology saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abigail Lower, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Another was Maliea Deniz, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one RBI.

Calistoga has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games. As for Technology, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Calistoga took their win against Technology in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 15-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
