Volleyball Recap: Wabash Has No Trouble Against Caston

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwood, Wabash was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Caston Comets 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Apaches in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11, 25-20.

Wabash can attribute much of their success to Amaya Sellers, who had nine digs and two assists.

Wabash was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in August.

Wabash's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Caston, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-20.

Wabash has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Rochester on the 30th. As for Caston, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against North Judson-San Pierre on the 30th.
